▢4 tortillas ▢8 eggs scrambled ▢1 cup cheddar cheese shredded ▢4 bacon slices ▢2 cups cubed hash browns
Scramble eggs over medium-low heat.
Add cheese, salt, and pepper (plus peppers if wanted).
Cook up hashbrowns and bacon separately.
Warm up tortillas and make burritos by adding eggs, a scoop of hashbrowns, and a piece of bacon.
Fold up and serve with salsa or save for later by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing them in a Ziploc bag to put in the fridge or the freezer for up to 2 months.
