Salad ▢3-4 cups Mixed greens ▢2 chicken breasts grilled and cut ▢3/4 cup Edamame cooked and shelled ▢1/2 Red Pepper ▢1 cup Baby cucumber ▢1 cup Mandarin oranges ▢Wonton Strips Asian Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing ▢1/4 cup orange juice ▢1 tsp lime juice ▢2 tbsp soy sauce ▢2 tbsp agave nector or honey ▢1/4 tsp chili paste or sriracha (add more or less depending on how spicy you like it) ▢1 tsp minced garlic ▢1 tbsp ginger fresh and grated or ground ▢1/4 cup mixed sesame oil and grapeseed oil or canola oil
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
In a blender or small food processor, puree all ingredients for the dressing (except oils) until combined.
Slowly add oils with blender running until all of the oil has been added.
Pour dressing over salad right before serving.
